“ This sushi bar has the most delicious sushi rolls I've ever tasted. I got the Toyota Roll with delicious tuna that melted in my mouth. I also tried the Clear Soup, with pieces of mushroom floating in it. The umami of this soup is amazing, and not to be missed. Such a great starter. The his is my favorite sushi shop so far! ”
“ We are loyal customers to the Wylie bluefin location. Our daughter loves their rolls. We order often online and surprise her to her at college 30 mins away. Last night, I accidentally ordered online from the Frisco location. Totally my fault. I did not realize until I went to pick up of my mistake. I called Frisco to let them know that it is a 45 minute drive so I would not be picking up the order. I totally expected to eat the cost. The next day I got a text from the Frisco location showing a screenshot that they refunded my money. This was totally unexpected, but very appreciated. That was not something they had to do as it was my fault, but it definitely reflects what kind of business they run. We will definitely continue to be loyal customers. Thank you Blu Fin. ”

The service when we dine in is consistently great and even for pickups the service is great! Highly recommend for good sushi spot! ”

“ Stopped in for lunch and the food was delicious! The restaurant is nice, clean and new inside. Ordered the crunch sushi roll that had fried shrimp and it was very fresh and delectable. I ordered the chicken lunch hibachi and I added yum yum sauce and ginger sauce for dipping. Both sauces were very good and the chicken and vegetables were cooked perfectly with great flavor. The service was fantastic, we were well taken care of. Everything was very tasty and flavorful. I will definitely be back. ”
“ Our server, Hayden (I think), is pretty funny as he's got some jokes. He played along with us and made our night even more enjoyable. Oh, it helped that they didn't have their liquor license in September 2023 so we got a couple of hot sake bottles on the house. We didn't care for the sushi much but the Tonkatsu was plenty and delicious. It comes with a side of sautéed veggies versus a slaw so that was interesting but I loved it. We did have to ask for a side of rice. The cutest part is that they have a cotton candy machine so customers can make their own cotton candies with the given powders. Fun times! ”
“ Stopped in for business lunch.. well lit with lots of natural lighting and efficient friendly staff Orderd sushi and sashimi bento box - I'm a sucker for these! Portion was tremendous and fish was all very fresh..included soup, salad ,edamame and goyza. I was so full didn't even touch the edamame. Great spot for lunch and worth a visit ”
